Work With Me

If you’re dealing with ongoing or complex symptoms and are looking for a clear, clinical approach, working together may be a good fit.

My consultations are designed to help you understand what’s driving your symptoms and to develop a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan that feels realistic and sustainable.

Who I Work With

I work with people who:

  • Have ongoing gut issues, food or biochemical intolerances, or persistent fatigue

  • Feel their symptoms don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis

  • Have tried multiple approaches with limited success

  • Want to understand why symptoms are occurring, not just manage them

  • Are open to a structured, individualised process

My work goes beyond generic meal plans or one-off advice. I take a clinical, investigative approach that is well suited to people looking for personalised guidance and a deeper understanding of what’s driving their symptoms.

Consultations

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive session focused on understanding the full picture.

During this consultation, we will:

  • Discuss your current symptoms and main concerns

  • Review your health history, including gut issues, intolerances and fatigue

  • Go through any relevant pathology, test results or reports

  • Review current and past supplements or treatments

  • Identify possible underlying drivers contributing to your symptoms

Following your consultation, I will develop an individualised, nutrition-focused treatment plan tailored to your needs, tolerance and capacity.

Where appropriate, I may also recommend targeted testing to gain further clarity. Any testing is discussed with you first, including why it may be helpful and how results would guide your care.

Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-up consultations are an essential part of the process.

These sessions allow us to:

  • Review your response to the treatment plan

  • Adjust strategies based on how your body is responding

  • Interpret test results together, if testing has been undertaken

  • Refine nutrition and supplement recommendations

  • Address new or evolving symptoms

Progress with complex or long-standing issues often occurs gradually, and follow-up support helps ensure your care remains responsive and appropriate over time.

Testing is not routine and not excessive.

Where clinically indicated, I may recommend targeted investigations such as:

  • Blood tests

  • Gut or microbiome testing

  • Functional tests related to digestion, metabolism or nutrient status

The purpose of testing is always to add clarity — not complexity — and to help guide more precise treatment decisions.

A structured, clinical approach

  • Clear explanations and education along the way

  • Individualised treatment planning

  • Practical recommendations you can realistically implement

  • Ongoing review and refinement, as needed

My role is to guide, interpret and support — helping you make sense of your symptoms and move forward with confidence.
